Breaches of these terms and conditions:
Without prejudice to RaffleRage other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, RaffleRage may take such action as RaffleRage deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
RaffleRage may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
RaffleRage may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with RaffleRage rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RaffleRage in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with US LAW, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida, USA.
There are no restrictions with regard to browsing the public sections of the platform. Limitations apply to the services, which require prior user registration.
Anyone is able to register where not probative by law. All participates are required to create a wallet account with coinpayments.net. During the registration process all participates must enter the correct Merchant ID received from coinpayments.net, this will ensure the winner payout system will work properly, and the winners will be able to receive their winning payouts. In addition, the user must enable crypto-coins within their coinpayment.net account that they want to receive as winner payouts. The coins that must be enabled are Bitcoin- BTC, Litecoin-LTC, or Ether-ECH. If during registration the coinpayments.net account is not set up properly, it will result in any raffle winner forfeiting their crypto currency payout. In order to participate in a raffle, users must be registered. Participates may not purchase more than one third of the total number of tickets issued for a given raffle. A ticket purchase is required in order to be able to participate in a raffle.
Reporting a raffle:
Any registered user is allowed to report a raffle violation. The Rafflerage.com Site Administrator verifies all complaints. If the complaint is approved, the Raffle may be cancelled with the ticket proceeds purchased returned to the raffle participates. Users are only allowed one complaint per day. The complainant must justify all complaints with two unfounded complaints leading to the cancellation of the user account and exclusion from the Web Site.
Raffle modifications and cancellations:
A raffle can be modified as many times as needed during the draft phase. Once published, a raffle can no longer be modified, once tickets have been purchased. Once published, a raffle cannot be cancelled unless reported for violations, where it will be based solely on Rafflerage Administrator’s decision to cancel or not cancel.
Closing a user account:
Any user can close his account whenever they need.
General Conditions and Releases:
An entrant, winner may be disqualified if they fail to comply with each provision of these terms and conditions, as determined in the sold discretion of RaffleRage.com.
Void where prohibited by applicable law. Any one may participate where law permits at ones own risk. Entrants and must register and create an account in order to participate. The terms and conditions of use for this website includes all the information contained here within Rafflerage.com.
All transactions are processed using the RaffleRage.com Website. All Raffle payments will be processed and held in escrow by RaffleRage.com until the conclusion of any Raffle.
The RaffleRage.com Website software selects all winners. All winners will be based on the terms and conditions of the Raffle. Rafflerage.com will terminate all raffles and declare a winner, when the time period has expired, or when so deem necessary by the RaffleRage Site Administrator. RaffleRage.com will not refund any and all other types of transactions. All fees, that are required, to be paid for any type of transaction will be the sole responsibility of any and all raffle participates. The winner or winners of a raffle must verify their identify by an acceptable means or winner or winners may be required to send Rafflerage.com a scanned copy or digital photograph of their ID card, license, or passport. The winner or winners of a raffle will receive Crypto-Currency less any exchange fees. The winner or winners of any raffle is or are responsible for any and all levied taxes or fees.
RaffleRage.com, shall not be liable for:
Failed, returned, or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by Raffle Participate. Responses to Winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an anyone's ability to participate. Any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, software, program malfunctions, or other failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections that are human, mechanical, or technical in nature, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participator's or any other person's computer.
